Clémence Landeau dedicated her career beginnings to the promotion of plant-based sustainable lifestyles. She worked as an advocacy officer for the Association Végétarienne de Francefor which she published a book exploring the benefits of vegetarian meals in school canteens. She then took the lead of SMMMILE, a french NGO organizing yearly a music and vegan festival; and founded Update Foods, a plant-based milk brand.
