Axel is an engineer in nutrition with a PhD in behavioral sciences. He is passionate about food and how people eat. Before joining Possible Future, Axel worked for 8 years in academic research and a communication agency. This gave him the multidisciplinary vision necessary to tackle today’s F&B industry challenges.
In all his projects, Axel is driven by the desire to help consumers on their quest to « eat better ». He’s convinced this area is pivotal as an innovation pad for the future of the sector.
