Fatou Ndiaye is a serial entrepreneur and expert for the United Nations.
She spent the last decade as an expatriate, living on 3 continents, including Australia where she headed the Trade department of one of the Big Four Consulting Firms before leaving everything to launch Great Village.
Grand Village is the first cooperative incubator for mission-driven businesses based on barter. Thanks to this organization, Fatou allows all citizens to realize their dreams and create a better world.
She is also the founder of the ‘The Wonders’ Association, dedicated to empowering women to launch impactful projects. She has built a community of more than 500 women entrepreneurs who take up challenge after challenge in order to build their confidence and catapult their impact-driven project to success.

Ian Fellbom is the co-founder of DJ and artist collective GOGO GREEN, created in 2019 around shared vision of community building and action against climate change.
With a technical background in soundsystem engineering, this former L-Acoustics engineer now turned consultant, keeps foot in the technique working with artists and other actors of the industry.
He shares with the four other members of GOGO GREEN, strong values of ecological sustainability, slow life and social actions.
Together, they aim to offer to the clubbing and music scene a more sustainable approach.

Paloma Moritz – Journalist and Video Director

Paloma Moritz is a journalist and video director.

She is also in charge of the sustainable department at Blast and co-founder of Mieux Voter.
She worked for 4 years for the independent media Spicee, developing an editorial line based on impact and solutions journalism.
Her favourite themes: the redesign of our democracy, gender equality and the climate emergency. In
2018, she co-founded the association ‘Mieux Voter’ which defends a new voting system: the
Majority Judgement. She is a board member of ‘Démocratie Ouverte’ and the editorial director of
the movement On Est Prêt, and now heads the ecology section of Blast.

Christina Eckert – Wildling Shoes CMO

Christina, CMO of Wildling Shoes, chose the pretty town of Bamberg to be her place to settle. There she lives with her husband and two children after being on the move the 20 years before.

“Wanderlust and curiosity are the things that keep me going” – new places, new projects, new people. The global company with strict hierarchies, check clock and business suit wasn´t her happy place after graduating in Business Administration. So she turned her back, and jumped into the cold water with a start up that produces and sells minimal shoes.
