gebana & Alicia Makanja offer a vegan cooking workshop with raw, fair trade products with high nutritional value. In the workshop you will prepare three different nut-based recipes: a cashew-based cheese, a raw cream dessert with salted caramel and a plantbased milk with roasted notes.
Alicia Makanja is a nutritherapist specialised in plantbased and Afro-centered nutrition. She will share her knowledge of raw and plant-based nutrition with you.
